Known Hui Z for many years as I saw her performed and emceed in many occasions that I have attended.

My family and I decided to engage her for band performance and emcee without considering others since beginning. Then Hui Z told us her team offers wedding planner service as well and she strongly advised us to take this service and we dun mind trying out since the fee is reasonable.

We’re a little worried at first when there’s only 4 months left and Hui Z hasn’t come to us for discussion yet. In fact, she is caught up with other weddings/events that happened before us so we can only wait till its our turn.

Finally discussions were carried out about 1-2 months before the wedding but Hui Z made the discussion a thorough one, making sure each details are not missed. She took note of what we want and gave us many practical suggestions if we’re not sure on which to go. Some of the details we didn’t even thought of it until she mentioned ! Hui Z also liased with all the vendors so we dun need to do that on our own.

We’re really glad to have the team on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly without us worrying much, both guests and us host enjoyed the banquet very much.

Planning our wedding from Perth, Western Australia, for our celebration in Malaysia posed logistical challenges, but Media Man Entertainment made it feel effortless.

HuiZ, our wedding coordinator, was a consummate professional. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach ensured everything ran seamlessly.

A standout moment was when we realized we had an extra 10 guests the day before the wedding. With just one swift call to HuiZ and the hotel, she adeptly resolved the situation, sparing us any last-minute panic.

Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of our day was the enchanting music and band recommended by HuiZ. The saxophone, violin, piano, and percussion created an atmosphere that left our guests spellbound.

We also had special requests, asking if the band could accompany us while we sang. HuiZ didn’t hesitate! She coordinated this with the band and ensured we were comfortable with the key, providing us with two minus-one audio tracks to practice on. She even arranged a 15-20 minute practice session before our tea ceremony and reception, all without a hint of rush.

I must also mention the incredible team HuiZ assembled. With five dedicated members on the day, they flawlessly covered every aspect—from emceeing to lights, music, visual coordination, floor and program management, and even personal assistance for the bride. Denise, in particular, was a godsend, ensuring I was cared for with outfit changes and hydration throughout the day.

HuiZ, your talents shines through, and our guests were especially impressed by your ability to emcee in two languages, Mandarin and English.

A heartfelt thank you to HuiZ and the entire Media Man Entertainment & Music Production team for making our special day truly unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone planning their big day!

Firstly, I think Hui-Z and her team deserves 6 stars. The first meeting that we had with her lasted so much longer than I expected and it was because she was very detailed and she ensured that we discussed regarding things that my wife and I did not realised was important. She is very experienced and she will go through with you and ensure that your event will be as enjoyable as it should be. A very hardworking team and she was also very kind to accommodate to some of our requests as well.
