Laju2 nk pegi mna tah! Ambik gambar anak aku dlm keadaan nangis aku ckp nk ambik lain dia ckp ok dh tak nmpk nangis. Dlm gmbar nmpk air mata kot. Sumpah aku takkan dtg dh!! Terdesak sgt td. Dh la mahal. Dia kata jgn senyum nnt gambar tak lepas buat passport, igt aku tak pernah ambik ke? 100 rggt lebih utk gmbar 3 org dan email. Email tu berapa sgt kos dia. Hodoh gila gmbar, kedai lain at least edit brightness kedai ni harooom! Bnda blh ambik lain kot. Anak aku tgh nangis dia ambik aku suruh stop dulu dia pulunnn nak ambik jugak. Old man! gambar nk bawak pegi umrah smpai imegresen arab tny knapa gmbar anak aku gitu, sedih semacam.

Tak payah pergi kedai ni. Gambar tak cantik, ala kadar je buat. Nak suruh edit, caj lain. Mahal, service teruk. Cari kedai lain lagi baik.

Came to take US-visa photos of me and my sisters. I barely said hi yet and havent explain the photo requirements, the uncle wanted to go straight in to the back.

Paid RM16/person for 4 copies of photo each person — normal.

The uncle was like a bit rushing for some reason. There weren’t any customers when we came pun. He snap only 1 time, was a bit hesitant when i wanted to see the picture on the camera. Unlike the other kedai near the old wellward who would take multiple pictures, let you see them, and if you’re ok, then they proceed.

Anyways, my youngest sister is in primary school, you know how kids need help when it comes to taking picture kan, the uncle didn’t seem to be that experienced with kids (to me la) as he just stands in one spot and give instructions from afar. When my sister didnt get it, he didn’t try to slow down, or be gentler, or at least walk to her closer to explain to a kid. I had to step in to help bcs my lil sister was getting confuse and nervous. I personally think they could’ve been more friendlier with kids.

After printing the pics, they combined our photos into 1 envelope and 1 disc for soft copy. Paid RM16 to me can just split 4 envelop and 4 disk la—else 1 person have to keep for all. Hence, i did ask for extra envelops and had to seperate the pics myself. What to do.

Maybe they had a bad day bcs it’s hot today, idk. I wasnt happy with the service, prolly wont come again. I usually go to the kedai near old wellward but my sister wanted to give this kedai a go. Hope this review helps the business owner to improve and future customers to know what to expect.

P/s: Please let me know if your experience is different/better. Ill take down this comment if this quality of service no longer holds true in the future.

Just went to the shop hours ago and totally disappointed with the result. I believe there was problem with the dslr but the man just keep continue with the result. I even need to ask for the result (he didnt even bother to show you first and only TAKE ONCE and not check your pic thoroughly). Not even expected to have proper editing but obviously, there was glare on my specs and it was very dull picture include the blue background (my red lipstick not even shown in the pic). I even need to compare the pic with my prev visit in SAME SHOP AND IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Sadly to be truth, I went here since my childhood era and today gonna be my last visit adios.
