Very poor experience here. Customer service not helpful. Aftersales bad. Everything on ur own after u get ur product.

Spent whole week to register instax 12 ewarranty because the website provide from the paper no longer in use, ended up I have to google up all the solution on my own as I called the seller, they just randomly ask me to contact somebody else which the number is not reachable 🙂

Also went here to extract the GoPro batt but was told unable to extract as they scared may damage the camera, ended up I YouTube and extracted in 5mins with 0 damage. Guess I won’t look for camera professionals next time here when the seller is so not professional

As far as I known it is the oldest camera shop in KK. Feel amazing most camera stock keep to the latest trend and the latest technology camera. Here store sell various item from action cam to mirror less cam, all kind of tripod and many camera accessories and bags too. A lot of gopro accessory here selling. It is been amazing store and good job. 👍

for mere screw of gopro casing they charge me rm15, in shoppee the price below 5 😮‍💨..this shop is too expensive!

What a great service this shop gives!!! My gopro case broke and they did not have one in stock and ordering would take too long. Instead they offered me the case of their demo model. I was totally surprised and so happy, now I can use my gopro dor snorkling 😁

The one and only best camera store at Sabah. Provides most shooting equipment and many more. This shop need to expand!! I mean, open shops at ITCC. Why? Well... Consider finding parking for car is difficult. Bikers are lucky yo!

I was in awe there, the shop was so well stocked and staffed, I couldn't remember what I wanted. I wanted a new Canon for sure, I know if I lived in Kota Kinabalu I would visit the shop every day.
