Some helpful staff but very slow service. It's my 4th time here and they are getting worse! Came at 10am and we had to wait a very longgggg time. It is 5pm now and I am still waiting. Sucks. Should have a system so that we can estimate the waiting time instead of just waiting. I hope the new gov will terminate these outsource companies to manage the foreign workers. Direct with JIM is better.

One star is only for information counter as the staff there are very friendly, helpful and respond to all your question but for the rest in the counter( there some staff who is dedicated to their job as well)..they are worst. Don't even call the number..but the staff just sitting there..playing on their handphone.. talking to each other.
Should improve the system and the staff should be more efficient

Nothing is worst than this agency, different staff tell you different day to come back for the process. No system at all, got so many counters but only few staffs working. Lousy systems with lousy staff, saw many times the staff playing phone while hundred of ppl queuing. Third world country service you have.

Buat kalian yang menjadi TKI illegal , kalau mau pulang ke indo , datang saja ke Sini , bawa passport aja , biaya kompoun RM800 +tiket tujuan , kurang lebih total biaya RM1000

The company is providing services similar to myeg,which is rehiring illegal immigrants, renew work permit, insurance, renew driving license, man power supply and many other things. But actually most famous in register illegal immigrants for rehiring programme. Quite big office with enough sitting area,services are quick and reliable, staff is helpful even in lunch times. Just not enough washrooms for visitors.
