Great service by Staff kaunter bayaran 9 Rosediah pada 22/9/2025 jam 9.50 am . Beliau memberikan tunjuk ajar cara pembayaran duti stem online dengan penuh kesabaran dan mengunakan bahasa penuh berbudi bahasa. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Cuma harap pihak pengurusan tertinggi dan pengarah dapat meneliti balik sistem pembayaran duti online dengan sistem yang lebih mudah dan mesra pelanggan.

aku dh walk in pergi kaunter pon, kaunter staff tak update aku punya bayaran balik. staff nama Mohd Fitri Bin Mohd Ropie tolong la buat kerja tu dengan baik. Sampai harini aku kena call LHDN utk update bayaran balik. call cakap takdak update apa walaupun dah walk in, sampai kena call untuk orang lain yang buat kan. Kita p ni nak tuntut duit kita balik bukan duit hangpa. Bila buat kerja tu jangan la tak ikhlas, sampai staff sebelah dia tegur apa sepatutnya yang hang kena buat. aku walaupun muda aku tahu hormat orang lebih berusia. kalau aku dah tak hormat confirm aku akan buat apa yang hang buat. Slip kedatangan semua ada bertarikh 24 March 2025. Aku tahu tempoh nya 30 hari waktu bekerja, tapi harini hari ke 20 masih belum ada update tu maknanya tak proses la. Please la be effective and respect.
