Orang lain punya raya bini pulak sibuk shopping mesin basuh baru dan tv baru...ayakkk🤪🤪🤪... Harga...fuhhhhh boleh tahan lah. Mesin 17kg inverter + android tv terkini 55" kurang RM150 4K. Mintak limau 2 bijik di kasi sebakul...ayakkkk... Mintak HDMI wayar rm50 pun di kasi weh... Ayakkkkkkk. Terbaiklah boss dan stafnya yg ramah...ayakkkkk

Dishonest and poor services when it comes to repairing and warranty claims. The shop convinced us to contact the technician they know and the technician request us to pay kopi duit of 200, as he offer to write a nice report to submit to the brand for claim. The technician even threaten us after he knows that we deal directly with the brand customer service dept (he never come back to us with the report progress because we refused to pay him), and he claim that we broke our own refrigerator to get the claim?! Really?! The shop is obviously with the technician because they gave us this technician’s contact directly and not reporting our repair request to the brand at the first place. We have waited one month for the technician to finally come checking, and the shop is not any helpful during this process other than giving us the contact number of the technician, who gave us even more problems. I do not recommend to buy anything from this shop.
