Finally found the English version of Orhan Pamuk’s books even tho ‘The Museum of Innocence’ was out of stock.

It was a nice and beautiful bookstore. Looks welcoming. However I was rudely shouted at by the receptionist as I entered. She yelled at me for taking picture of the door. I apologised but she kept on ranting about not asking for permission. I told her we are her customer and she should not be so rude! I bought a few books and I was out of there😅

Lovely oasis in the midst of tourist attractions. A nice place to slow down a little, put your phone away, browse some great books, enjoy the space. Both shopkeepers were very kind and helpful when i asked for a book recommendation. She was not so nice to the person that walked in to snap a photo though. Just respect the space and environment they are trying to create for readers, I will go back. I do not have any photos to share, because i respect that they did not want that 😉
