It's ridiculous to wait at DHL sutera skudai point! Around 8 customers queuing up at 9.15 a.m. today, waiting the office to open at 9.30a.m.. yet we are allowed to go in after 9.45 a.m. after the supervisor was in. Then it took two staff to deal with the first two customers for about 40minutes ! And most of the customers still queueing outside the office since only 3 persons allowed to be in the office! What is productivity? Do they know time is precious to everybody?i was the fifth customer to be served, I waiting from 9.45 till I walked out , it was already 11a.m.!!how many customers can be served at this speech? They really need to polished up their work task! Services is really lousy! Train your staff up after the working hours not during!

Queue quite long,, allow only 2-3 person inside but it will take 30mins + for 2 person to go out.. 😪 reached DHL at 3.45pm, the guard said they close at 5.30pm.. still have 5 person infront of me. He asked me to come back tomorrow instead after i queued for 30mins.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

在shopee购买了power bank,送货员送货时遇到家里没人也不先打电话询问物品是否可以扔进家里停车房。
直接把货物扔进家里，第一次选择用DHL也是最后一次。

Very bad service , they close on 5pm
I arrived at 4.50pm ,they didn't let me in, they no have good service, they didn't say sorry, they just tell me go time out, What I am not late .

Slow Service. Only have 1 staff. Try to appoint more staff to make your service fast.

I came at 10:15 am, but still closed, although the working hour starts at 9:30 am. They should be more strict to working hours.

Parking lot everytime full.better change other place.n the place hard to search .make it at main road place easier to find n park.

Bad services, during working hour but have wait 30min but still no people at counter. Ask the guard, he say don't know where the staff go... Disappointed to dhl....
