I bought a ticket from Hatyai at 9 AM they said bus will be late for 1 hr due to traffic at immigration so I understand. After cross the border bus stopped at CTC hetian it took almost 2 hrs waiting many people (illegal workers I’d said) yes if you know u know this bus carrying people illegally from Thailand some come from Philippines cross natural border or what for me it’s fine I don’t care but please at least you be on time it’s not my business to be emphasizing this. Company should think about other passengers who’s legally use your service. Well, this would be my last time using this company “City express” if I had a friend I’d told them what was going on too. Not worth 90 RM.

Bus driver scolded me for wanting to bring my duffel bag up. It’s just the smaller than hand carry decathlon duffel bag & shouted at me to not bring my biscuits up when I took them out of the bag. I bought them for others and didn’t want them to be crushed in the luggage section. Explained this to bus driver- he still shouted at me with a “you make messy, you clean!”

When I went up the bus: lo and behold! Other passengers had their duffel bags and food on the bus Food was placed at the dashboard in front in plastic bags and they were eating on the bus!

Here’s proof that I didn’t open bag of biscuits on the bus at all - we reached SG and all the way KL to SG biscuits are still unopened.

Think u can scold me but u should scold others too. How can u let some bring up and some not.

After departing from Hatyai town 11am and check-in passport at Malaysia immigration at Bkt Kayu Hitam, the bus left us while we were waiting for immigration clearance for about 20mins only. Bus drivers priority are towards illegal entry passengers at nearby food court and dump us at the legalize checkpoint. This is my first time got dump at checkpoint in my lifetime.....very scary, surprised and angry 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
