Forget about calling Cawangan Guaman. You’ll need to come over. Read the address on the letterhead properly & you’ll know where you need to go. Don’t forget to bring the LHDN letter for reference. There are guards & information counter on the GF for your queries.

Very similar to a bank, you get your number from a machine & wait until you’re called. For me it was < 10 minutes. Showed the counter staff the letter & was sorted out within another 10 minutes. FYI I went there because of late PCB (eCP39) payment. Ideally you should drive there NOT alone because your driver can wait close to the appointed office block. If you are alone, don’t bother double parking near the entrance (like most people), just drive a few hundred meters more until you see this stairs (refer pic), which leads directly to Block 10. Good luck. All the best. PS - I’d give this premise a 5 star if they actually replied to my phone calls and explained what’s needed in order to sort things out.

nak bayar pun.. susah.. nak kene call bagai. Surat dah bagi, amount pun dah bagi. Bagi la sekali QR code ke account number ke. Malaysia kan ada macam2 payment method. Kita bayar online and then upload resit kat website settle. Ni check cawangan lembah klang, dekat 40km tengah2 KL. Satu hal lagi dari Shah Alam nak pi sana. Tengok map pun dah pening aduhai.. Nak bayar la Tuan/Puan bukan nak mintak duit. Please

Now open only 8-12pm. Curbside parking only. Less crowded... No proper signage. Be prepare to ask and come few times. Call? Don't waste time, no pick up or hang up. The telephone in the office is for display purpose. Be expect to be here about 1 hour.

Boleh x tolong angkat telefon, dah berhari-hari telefon, tunggu menaun lepas tu voice mail kata busy. Dalam surat tulis minta call tapi bila call x pernah angkat, pagi ke tengahari ke petang ke sama..ingat kita ni x ada kerja lain ke asyik nak menelefon. VERY BAD SERVICES.
