Pls decide carefully before use this signboard company, what is the quality of the work, when they need business time they are aggressive, when we complain they no response and need customer to text many time only reply without any solution. Pls take note this signage only fix 1 year and 1 month, they not concern the serious on the signage falling down issue, they don’t take this issue in serious. Their response just like this problem is normal issue. Our concern is on safety, they just ignore this and keep responding that our signage is over 1 year warranty period. I’m truly sad that their response on this is just nothing serious, they don’t care on product and public safety.

Not punctual. Signboard delivered without common sense. Initial design was letter only 12cm for shoplot main signboard. Which is …. Ridiculous..Pointed out and the team did ammendation (do notice they keep on stressing that extra charges will be implemented if anymore changes despite their initial artwork doesnt make any sense).

After ammendation, the signboard should be green letters with white background. Came out on installation day to be white background with white letters. (Not to mention they were late for couple of hours past agreed upon time). Asked to redo to original design but they still insist to put it up despite trying to tell them “white word on white background doesnt make any sense” initially. After some “discussion” managed to persuade them to send back to factory and redo and to reinstall on another date.

On reinstallation day of the signboard. Logo on signboard dropped even before put it up. Pointed it out and team said “oh thats not the final artwork yet”.(i just read on other comments their signboard dropped too after couple of months). Reinstallation of the dropped cover done on the spot (after being pointed out).

After some difficulty finally did manage to install the signboard according to original planned version. By the way. Asked their help to help me hang banner which the uncle did. Kudos for that.

Add on post installation 8 hours (only able to review at night o be sure). The main signboard not lighting up at night.

Company replied after more than 24 hours (after multiple messages). Full reply message as below:

“””Dear client,

Thank you for your patience.

We are actively working with the installation dept to address the lighting issue.

As per our company policy, any technical claims or rectification works are attended to within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will update the fastest date soon..

We understand your concerns and are committed to resolving the matter efficiently.

We value every customer and believe in resolving all matters in a fair manner.

Thank you for your understanding.🤝“””

In summary , they are not bothered that their signboard is not fucntioning at night once full payment done.

And they will only address defective signboards when they have time. With 4-6k kinda price can get much better service else where. (Or at least a functioning signboard) .

Please try to avoid this company if possible. If you havent pay them in full, highly advisable to engage other company to avoid same mishap from happening (company will take 14 working days, excluding PH and weekends to entertain any problem)

Let me ask you to guess how much a billboard like this costs. Only 6month the gum of logo is broke . What quality is they giving . Be careful
