A typical malay economic food spread with rice and noodle (eg. Bihun, Mee, Maggi & Koay Teow).
Food taste is averaged but the food or shop here are very aromatic as they BBQ the meat (eg. Fishes, Squids, Prawns, Crabs, Chicken and Beef) in the far corner.
Finding a parking space here especially during lunch time is a challenge.
The smoky smell is very aromatic and can make one hungry.
We tried the BBQ Squids, Chicken and Beef. The two BBQ of the squids and chicken was delicious but the beef was rubbery and makes my jaw tired of chewing. If you are having dentures, please avoid this BBQ beef as it may cause your denture to crack or worn out.
A good spread of RAW vegetables (LALAP - Cucumber, Raja Ulam, Sawi, etc) with various sauces from sambal pedas asam, sriracha, sambal oelek, nam prik and etc).
A bit pricey but overall it's worth the over crowding shop, at times a very humid condition and occasionally the BBQ smoke will engulfed the place (dependent on the wind direction).
Drinks are standard kopi tiam style and no unique drink here (eg. ABC, Chendol, Leng Chi Kang, 3 layer drink, etc).
A good malay economic rice styled restaurant but drawback was the slightly high side in pricing.
