I agree with Ms. Thigam's statement—I can't trust this agency! The helper is good, but the agency itself is unreliable. They initially quoted RM3,000 per month for a minimum 4-month rental of a maid. However, upon the helper's arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to cover transportation costs to the agency, which were not included in our agreement. Furthermore, after the maid worked for one week, I decided to request a transfer to a work permit for a 2-year contract, but the agency has been unresponsive, continually promising to check with their runner. The helper has already worked for two months with still no news! 🙁
