If can i would give negative star. This shop is seriously bad in terms of quality. Paid rm65 for template fee for nothing. Format no consistency, zero professionalism and submit draft just to submit without checking if everything is ok. Always send draft at the end of working time. Each amendment takes whole freaking day and next day still wrong. (repeat this few days). In the end I have to personally go down amend it. All of them are simple mistakes. Cant do it right i don't know why. And i asked them to print out one extra template as card and my e card (blue) for photo use. They print out in A4 size?!!!!! Any common sense? Still want to charge me for the reprint small version. Who uses card in A4 size?!!

She told me to get the design to her and she would sort it out for me, and then I do all this and call her and she says she's busy now and can only tend to me on Monday. Then why say you have to do it in the first place? Wasted my time when I could be dealing with another shop. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and awful!
