Truly disappointed with the lack of accountability and zero effort by their management to assist with the installation.
- Pushed for us to proceed with fabrication before getting authority approval saying this shouldn't be a problem. but when got problem suddenly said "not our role"?
- We were given a time slot for installation and took time-off from work to accommodate the time, but driver/installer still late. When we contacted management, they instructed us to contact the driver ourselves, instead of resolving the issue for client.
- When we asked the driver what time should they arrive, the driver said he was told to just come anytime.
- when i told them to stop playing around, suddenly "Annie" called and wanted to argue, but when told the facts she suddenly ended the call.
- when product is installed, so many defects found.

So much time wasted, for terrible quality and bad service.
