Extremely disappointed with the service at Meekco.Asia in Kuala Lumpur. The staff member who answered my call was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite our intention to inquire about services and request an appointment for a more thorough discussion, we were met with dismissive and disrespectful remarks. The staff member refused to accommodate new customers, citing busyness as an excuse, and displayed a complete lack of interest in understanding our needs. He says "We dont do teaching, coaching, consulting, and dont take classes. Get to know what you want first." Very foolish to assume that I was not prepared on my needs. This is not the way to treat customers. Avoid if you're looking for respectful and professional service.
