Slow gila services. Kaunter banyak, buka satu saja. Sejam menunggu pun nombor tak panggil padahal customer tak ramai. What a poor services .👎👎👎

Their FD box is three flights of stairs up. Saw a few elderly struggling to get up and down. Even the counter current/saving is at second floor. My old auntie was also struggling. Shame on you HSBC. Build a lift inside with all your profits. Suggest all other to withdraw from this bank and go to other. My aunt has withdrawn.

Don't ever get service from HSBC Malaysia most of them incompetent even u complained up to kl headquarters nobody answered the call

Lousy bank ever, so many counter but no one is working. No reception, only a security guard working. Want to ask something only also need to take number. No one waiting in front and waited for more than half hour. The manager should do something about this !!!

Not a transporter friendly, difficult to unloading goods,have to unpack outside the premises...rude customer regarding the parking spot used to unloading,very small and tight space.

Rude customer service and i think they have own rules which against with HQ. Totally ban walk in customer.
