私の最悪の体験。2022、2023、2024年分をMYTAXより確定申告。3年でトータル返金額がRM1000を超えたが、3年待っても還付金は返金されず。HASILにメールを送っても返信無し。しかたなくここの事務所に来ました。受付の女性に訴えると『手続きを開始するので2週間しても返金されなかったらメールで再度訴えてくれ』とのこと。そして2週間が経ってもやはり返金されず。メールで再度返金を要求して、ようやく2025年の8月に返金されました。ここの職員はどれだけ怠慢なんだ！。もし何も言わなかったら、還付金はどうなったの？返金する気無いなら、もうMYTAXで申告しないぞ！

Lurve orang² kat sini. So helpful. Basically dtg nak buat stamping je. Baru tahu kena buat online je skrg, daftar and bayar guna online banking, and then dia tolong proseskan dokumen setem. The nice lady guided us thru all the process. Thank you, dari abg guard, ke akak security to the receptionist semua baik² belaka.

Arrived at 2.30pm on a Thursday and left at 4pm. Got a really nice officer who was helpful and efficient. If you are a foreign worker, head to block 10 and go up to the 9th floor. Register via QR code at the office and wait for confirmation email and they will call you out by name when you turn is up.

The tax office is best executed in person which means if you show up and do the Tax resolve by yourself, and you happen to be an expat, it could be super fast, taking me as an example, the tax guy at the foreign tax building were super supportive and did the business in a timely manner, I received the refund just one day after visiting the tax office.

Kudos to officers, however I still got to give 4 stars due to Customer service lines so hard to reach at times, sorry for this.

25/6/2025, 1529hrs, Blok 8A, Tingkat 1, Kaunter setempat, Servis lambat untuk ambil nombor sahaja memakan masa 20 minit beratur, kaunter melebihi 10 tetapi yang buka 5. Hanya untuk kemaskini akaun disebabkan cawangan kuala lumpur mohon pengadu dtg ke LHDN jalan Duta.

Foreign tax payer branch is at Block 10 - level 9.
Had tax refund issue twice throughout 7 years here, I noticed that they usually resolve very promptly after my second visit. It's processed within the day, and receive in the next 1-2 working days.

Would give 5 star for the Indian guy at the counter, very supportive, friendly & well follow-up.

She assisted my husband in filling and submitting the tax forms on my behalf since I’m currently pregnant and unable to travel back to Malaysia. She was very patient, responsive, and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free.
