dalam web tidak di nyatakan bayaran untuk suntikan hanya melalui qr arau bank card debit atau credit, tunai TIDAK DI TERIMA.... jadi kalau nak dtg sini pastikan duit dalam bank bukan pegang cash

Came to apply for card kesihatan and there is one Malay lady that is so rude with the tone. Saying want take a picture must take off the mask, excuse me of course I know but when I ask her is it wanna to take a photo now? She keep telling me “tanggal la mask, ambil gambar kena tanggal mask” with a rude tone. Do respect people if u want people to respect you

I came today on 30/04/2025 because having cough plus runny nose..the Dr's all good and friendly..but (PPP malay girl) that took my blood at lab at 8.45 am is the worst..normally,staff never have the trouble finding my veins as they obviously seen..that PPP poke my vein and try to syringe out but no blood came out..then she push again using the same needle at the same site till i cant remember 3rd or 4th time?i try to be patient and not even angry but when the last time she want to pull and push the needle again,i ask her politely to take out the needle and show politely another site of vein that usually took,she just said this stupid sentence "puan pernah amik darah sendiri ke sebelum ni?vein biasanya memang bergerak sebabtu susah nak dapat..lagipun tadi saya rasa memang ada kat sini" ..seriously?sy suruh cabut needle tu sbb dah sakit tempat tu dia duk tarik cucuk ulang kali..tapi sempat perli aku eh pernah ambil darah sendiri sebab aku suruh cucuk tempat lain..ingat saya patient geriatrik ke yg running vein?u dont even know who i am..i took blood of countless patients including geriatrik patient..u dont even know me and other people u r talking to..so at least please have some manner while talking to patient..i never cucuk tarik dkt patient several times like u did but yet u r not even say sorry n have the gut to perli me?so unprofesional?!!worst service by this PPP!now came back at home,this evening i cant lift my hand like usual due to pain at injection site and the site already turn bluish plus hard..next time,learn to say sorry girl
