One of the best service I've ever gotten from a computer shop. The assistant will ask first outside what I was looking for and started recommending some computers/laptops according to my budget, brands and specifications. I was looking for Asus tuf and they exactly have it. The assistant also asked if I wanted any add-ons like antivirus, more RAM and Windows Office installation (since I wanted gaming laptop) and the assistant shortly handled the payment. I was then invited (and my fam too!) inside the shop after paying to take my laptop. The assistant then gave me tips and ways to take care my laptop plus some reminders since I'm using a gaming laptop. All I can say is the assistant is very knowledgeable and helpful, the boss is really chill and before I left he asked to take some photos. I really recommend this shop!

They are providing Good services. i had brought printer and inks from them, total two times. I did whatsapp them before i visit their shop, and the reply is fast.
They are selling a lot of Laptop, printer, computer accessories and etc.

Went in looking for a new high-performance laptop (ASUS BRAND) and was welcomed and greeted by a Malay lady, who was very friendly, patient & helpful.

Later on, during the initial laptop conversation, another slim Chinese guy looking more senior came over to assist me, and he too was friendly and helpful. By the way, we are waiting outside for quite a while on a hot day, due to this shop only allowing 1 customer to enter the shop.

Suggested coming in the morning or later afternoon, you need to be waited and queuing for next customer.

After this experience, it made me wonder why don't we buy our ASUS stuff direct from this ASUS Exclusive store instead of other 3rd party sellers like Challenger, as the staff here are more knowledgable and friendly with what you're exactly looking for.

Highly recommend others to shop here instead!
