I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and made check-in quick and effortless. The overall environment of the hotel is calm and welcoming, with a design that balances elegance and comfort beautifully. Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there.

Had a comfortable 2 nights stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Beds are comfy too. Breakfast spread was ok, but not much of variety.
Parking was easy to find.
Downside of the room was the poor sound proofing.

Bilik besar. Katil empuk. Bantal empuk. Selesa. Cuma aircond lambat sejuk. Towel, iron, iron board berdiri dan besar disediakan. Hair dryer pun ada. Bilik air pn helllok sangat.

Even though the rooms were non smoking, a neighbor was smoking and it made my room smoky (shared ventilation or whatever). Walls were also very thin. Said smoker was coughing his lungs out. Absolutely horrible, had to check out early.

Got top floor room, room was hot even check-in at night. Air-cond not really functioning. Feedback to receptionist and change to room besides, same thing. It took around 3 hours for the air conditioner to start cooling the room.

Tiny room and underground carpark. Beware if you are SUV car, prefer to park at outdoor carpark, there is height limitation for underground carpark. Overall is good and worth for the money. Nice stay.
