honestly id give 5 stars, the shop owners (i assume the chinese ladies that are in the office) are very skilful and have alot of knowledge about the printing services, whenever i go there to request to print something, they manage to understand what i needed immediately. however their staff need alot of training especially handling the printer 😞 they always say "this is not possible" without trying first, but when the owners came they make it possible 🙏🏻 i hope the staff can explore more on how to operate the printer, and do work with sincerity & professionalism instead of sighing and complaining about other customers infront of me. anyways, its still deserving the 4 stars ☺️
