Staff at ticket counter is friendly and helpful.
Once you entered the departure part of the building you are not allowed to get back out and there are no toilets, no shops. Would have been great to know that prior scanning my ticket...
Also as mentioned before it takes approx 25 min to the city Centre. Take a grab as the public bus takes 1.5 hours.

Another white elephant that is created by some planner who thinks placing a bus terminal at this remote location that is at least 10KM from the city center and further for other outskirt location in Ipoh. Forcing all buses to terminate their bus service here without providing the corresponding connecting service to other parts of the town is really puzzling.

Travellers are forced to pay expensive taxi services, or poor bus services that only ply certain part of the town. Really sucks.
