Poor service
The staff refused to show me how my photo could fit into 5R .She said it could only be directly printed and when i asked which part of the photo its going to print into 5R then only she showed me.Bought few frames as well and she was giving her own opinion that small frames also want to hang on the wall as it requires the photo studio people to separately fix the hanger to the photo frame.There is no point arguing with her and i wanted to walk away from the shop however the photos were printed ,thus just paid .Didnt expect such a judgemental staff!Very bad service !

If I could, I would give half a star for their service quality. Im very disappointed:-

1) I came to pick up the family photos 2 week after the due date, but was told that it is still not ready. The reason, they have too many photos to deliver.

2) Before I came, tried to call at least 8-10 times but no one picked up the call during business hours. The telephone is also a fax machine.

3) Public photo FAILED to deliver the photos on time. I paid full amount on the day that we took the photo.

4) Then the shop informed the photo is ready after about 7 weeks (a DELAY of 4 weeks) after we took a family photo at the studio.

5) The product (photo) is VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!. The editing is very poor - can see the of the poor lighting, oily / shining faces. With a large frame photo that we ordered, all looks very obvious. Seems that the photo editing was using an OLD VERSION of Hand Phone APPS !!!. Not professional AT ALL!!!!

6) Based on the sample given, we thought their product is great, BUT IT IS NOT HAPPENED like that. -

7) This is my personal experienced, so BE VERY CAREFUL if choose this photo studio

Poor customer service. Waited to 1 hour just to get service. Printed photo quality was very bad. Highly not recommended. Dissappointed with the shop.
