They have a bad customer service. when customer call didn't want to answer properly and they are talking rude. Customer is important without customer you can't run the business remember that. Everyone have their job, don't show off that only you have job to do.

Good print shop and a reasonable price. However there are two price lists displayed and I was directed towards the one that is more expensive. I suggest removing the old list, if it is no longer relevant.

SUPER BAD printing quality for A4 colour. I paid almost RM100 (RM 1.50 per sheet) 😪

Update : Emailed them about my experiance and feedback but no response from them. I am not suggest this shop if you have important coloured proposal to print.

Hi Bormas Team,

Just to let you know that I am really disappointed with the BAD colour printing quality. Uneven tones, not sharp and very patchy.

I requested wire binding, but only get PVC instead with reasons no wire binding available at your shop but your staff FAILED to inform me through call or email.

I paid almost RM 100 for worst quality 65 pages coloured A1 and PVC binding that I dont want. I would pay elsewhere that offered better quality. The amount might be small for you, but big for others.

If you looking for a place to get your adverts, cards, photocopy, anything to do with your business, this a place to go.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. That's the experience I had every time I go there. The outlet is every where in KL.
