Last minute, I found myself in urgent need of a machine, and I required it to be delivered within a five-day timeframe. Top Maple went above and beyond to fulfill my request promptly, delivering the particular machine right to my office. However, to my disappointment, the machine encountered technical issues and failed to function properly. Determined to resolve the situation, I reached out to Miss Koh, despite it being after working hours, as I needed the machine for an upcoming event the very next day.

I was pleasantly surprised by Miss Koh's swift response and dedication to customer satisfaction. Within a mere two hours, she arranged for another machine to be sent to my location as a substitute for the one I initially purchased. Thanks to her prompt action, my event ran smoothly, and I was able to return to using my original machine. I must commend Top Maple for their exceptional customer service and commendable efforts in resolving the issue promptly. Their commitment to their customers is truly praiseworthy.

Work done only a few days, already say our company got a system in place for payment, need 1-2 weeks, you keep calling and texting for what? How I make the money move faster? Clearly we are the middle man right, you go talk to our boss or accounts la, so unprofessional. And call and text more than 1 person in the company, don’t recommend

Worst of the worst! WARNING: DO NOT LOOK FOR THEM FOR PURCHASE AND SERVICE! Our freezer (which we got from them) has been broken down 6 months ago and when they wanted to proceed repairing they requested 50% deposit but we paid 100% straightaway within 24 hours (with proof) but 6 months later with no updates and nothing apart from receiving our payment. Nothing was given until we decided to text them again to follow up (we texted them in between the period for few times). Lady boss called and said rudely to us that it’s not her business to deal with customers we customers have no rights and standard to talk with her. I said how can you treat a customer like this? We even paid 100% instead of 50%. She kept on saying she didn’t need to and has the rights to not talk to customers at all. She blamed entirely on technician and how we (customer) handling the case poorly. We paid 100% payment yet still receiving this comment from lady boss. What a joke this company is.

I had a pleasant personal experience here. I was looking to get a big air cooler for my parents’ house, but worry it’s a waste of money after buying as I afraid it will not cool up as expected, so they recommend me a budget re-conditioned big 8000cfa unit.

After few months, the unit has a minor water leakage, and they repaired immediately for me FOC within personal warranty they issued.

After 1 year the fan motor break down, and that’s the time I decided to buy a brand new of the same model, as I have tested it proven cooling my parents’s house, they even traded in my old unit.
